Check in time: 3:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. Check-ins at other times are by appointment. Please advise us of your travel schedule and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check out time: 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be arranged upon request.
Luggage storage: Luggage storage is available on the premises.
Smoking: 7 Arlington Place is a completely smoke-free environment.
Deposit & Payment: Reservations require a 50% deposit. We accept cash, Travelers Checks and Visa/Mastercard/American Express.
Extra Guests: Rates are for two guests per room. Each guest per room above that number, including children, is $35.00 per additional guest.
Cancellation policy: As we have three rooms, we ask for as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rebook one of our rooms. Cancellations within 14 days of your visit are non-refundable. Deposit refunds are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Pet Policy: Given the proximate quarters of our bed and breakfast, we ask that pet owners use discretion when deciding whether to bring their pooch. Friendly, child-safe, and well-behaved dogs are welcome. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we sometimes have a friendly kitty on site.
Children: Arlington Place is an historical home with delicate features. Given that we have very few rooms and our guests are often looking for a quiet experience, the house is more appropriate for older children. Young children under the age of 8 must remain with their caretaker at all times.
Damages: Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in a charge of 100% of the fair replacement value or necessary cleaning.
