The brownstone’s original bedroom floor plans on its two top floors remain intact.  As such, only 3 generous sized bedrooms are available for occupancy. The following are our special Inaugural Rates:

ROOM 1: $195.00-$235.00 for up to 2 guests. There is a $35.00 charge for an additional guest.

ROOM 2: $215.00-$250.00 for up to 2 guests. There is a $35.00 charge for each additional guest. The room's capacity is 4 guests.

ROOM 2: $215.00-$250.00 for up to 2 guests. There is a $35.00 charge for each additional guest. The room's capacity is 4 guests.

ROOM 3: $195.00-$235.00 for up to 2 guests. There is a $35.00 charge for an additional guest.

Guests who book all three rooms at the listed rate may for an additional fee use the parlor, den and cellar floors.
